Hard Rock billboard update

The controversy I noted in an earlier post (The Billboard didn't make me do it), between The Hard Rock hotel-casino and the Nevada Gaming Commission, has been settled.
The Associated Press reports that The Hard Rock ended its battle over First Amendment freedoms and regulators ability to enforce standards of "decency, dignity, good taste, honesty and inoffensiveness." Admitting no wrong doing the casino paid a $100,000.00 fine.

I'd say the $100,000.00 fine was worth every penny in added publicity in news coverage of the debate.

They were some of the best billboards I ever saw, and no less "decent" than the hundreds of illegals handing out porn on the strip.
