Slot Cheats March Through the South

Casinos across the South have caught several crews using light-wands against the region's slots but the casino industry refuses to take the threat seriously. Despite a handful of arrests, several adept crews continue to operate quite profitably. In pursuing slot cheats, the industry has drawn the line at dealing with a reformed cheat who has offered bit of help.

A developer of light-wands and other slot cheating devices who made quite a name for himself in the gaming industry has been turned away in offering his help. The developer’s “unsavory reputation” and felony convictions in three states have gotten him banned-for-life from Nevada casinos. After 20 years of tricking slot machines, he's trying to sell his patent on a device, which cheats the cheater, ‘The Protector’ Nevada gaming officials banned ‘The Protector’ once they learned who invented it. They were afraid it could be converted into a cheating device; something its inventor says is not possible. Besides that, the former slot cheater says he's a changed man, one who could help his former victims save a lot of money.

So, instead of turning to someone truly in the know about the casinos’ weaknesses, the industry has chosen to bury its head in the sand. All the better for the cheats.

In other insider casino cheating news, Bats and his crew report increased success at hole-carding and tracking Aces, again up in Reno. I know that this is not the most exciting update as it’s the same thing he was up to last time I passed along word from him. But, that simply means he is doing well without any significant steam from the casinos’ security departments.

With The holidays approaching, especially NEW YEARS, the most profitable night of the year, I am sure I will have more from Bats and other former teammates coming soon.

From what my ma and my uncle told me, as well as their friends, there really isn't a lot to deter cheaters from a Reno casinos. This could be due to the fact that Reno's seasons are too short and unprofitable, thus almost 'accomodating' the cheater. You know as well as anyone, I'm sure, that an open door to cheaters brings in SOME dudes who'll make some coin and a SHIT-LOAD of dudes who'll lose at their own game.

Perhaps the casinos' logic is based on that old Scottish proverb: "He that cheats me once, shame fa' him; he that cheats me twice, shame fa' me."

I just now ran into your article and I agree with you 100%. The casinos do have their head in the sand, in fact they may be a little deeper than that.
I told the company that I sold the "Protector" to to sue, but NOOOO! They asked for a retraction on the statement and at that time the state put so much heat on the Protector and once they discovered I invented the protector they placed me in the black book, knowing it is against the law for a casino to do business with a person in the black book. I was only receiving a royalty and really had nothing to do with the production of the units at that time. There was so much heat put on the Protector that they have now gave me back the paten. It is a great way to protect a casino's slots, and no one would know better than I.
We have been looking into selling the paten to the ones that ship machines to other countries.
You will not believe what I am doing now! Richard, If you would like to talk E-mail me at Tom@TCGlobal.biz
